1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, browsing any page, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with any part of the Sigma Peptides store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Payment & Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy (collectively, the “Policies”). If you do not agree to these Policies in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of this website and refrain from placing any order.

Your placement of an order constitutes your affirmative acceptance of all Policies in effect at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to access and purchase from Sigma Peptides. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Sigma Peptides reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to refuse service to any individual who cannot demonstrate eligibility.

3. Research Use Disclaimer

All products sold by Sigma Peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical testing purposes only. Products sold through this website are:

• Not drugs, supplements, food products, or controlled substances

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are purchasing exclusively for qualified, lawful research use

• You understand and will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and safety protocols

• You will not misuse, redistribute, or promote the misuse of any product purchased from Sigma Peptides

• You accept sole responsibility for the handling, storage, and application of all products after delivery

No Warranty of Appearance or Uniformity. Research-grade lyophilized materials may exhibit natural variations in appearance, including but not limited to differences in powder distribution, settling, wall adhesion, cake structure, volume, and coloration. These characteristics are inherent to lyophilized compounds and do not constitute defects, damage, or grounds for return or refund.

Sigma Peptides makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the physical appearance of any product. All implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sigma Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that, in its sole discretion, appears to conflict with the research-use conditions stated herein.

4. Product Information Disclaimer

All product listings, images, molecular descriptions, purity data, and specifications published on this website are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to promote, suggest, or facilitate any use that would violate the research-use-only conditions of sale.

5. Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Sigma Peptides at its sole discretion. An order is not deemed accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has entered fulfillment.

Sigma Peptides reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspected violation of these Terms or applicable laws

• Payment flagged for fraud, irregular activity, or elevated risk

• Inventory errors, pricing errors, or product listing inaccuracies

• Orders placed to test payment methods, checkout systems, or fraud screening processes

• Patterns of abusive purchasing, excessive returns requests, or chargeback activity

If an order is rejected or cancelled by Sigma Peptides, you will be notified at the email address associated with your order.

6. Order Finality

All sales are final. Once payment is successfully processed, your order is considered final and binding. Order processing—including payment authorization, fraud screening, fulfillment preparation, and administrative handling—begins immediately upon payment confirmation. These processes incur costs that are non-recoverable regardless of subsequent customer action.

You acknowledge and agree that by placing an order, you are entering into a binding purchase agreement and that the processing of your payment constitutes the commencement of irreversible fulfillment activities.

7. Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate initiation of order processing upon payment, cancellations are not available as a standard accommodation. No order is eligible for free cancellation.

Pre-Shipment Cancellation Requests. If you request cancellation before an order has shipped, Sigma Peptides may, at its sole discretion, approve the request subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation & Processing Fee: A non-refundable fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the order total or twenty-five dollars ($25.00), whichever is greater, will be deducted from any amount returned to offset irrecoverable payment processing, fraud screening, and administrative costs.

• Approval is not guaranteed. Sigma Peptides is under no obligation to approve any cancellation request.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@test.sigmapeptides.com.

Post-Shipment. Once an order has been tendered to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. No exceptions.

8. Payments

All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize Sigma Peptides and its payment processors to debit your selected payment method for the full order total, including product cost, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.

Sigma Peptides does not store full payment card information. Certain payment methods may require additional identity verification to comply with regulatory or fraud prevention requirements.

Payment Processing Costs. Payment processing fees, gateway fees, and related transaction costs are incurred at the time of payment and are non-recoverable. In the event of a refund, cancellation, or chargeback, these fees are not returned to Sigma Peptides by its payment processors. You acknowledge that Sigma Peptides is not liable for these costs resulting from your actions, and that such fees may be deducted from any refund amount.

9. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the United States via USPS or other carriers as specified in the Payment & Shipping Policy. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier Delivery Confirmation. Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier’s tracking system, the order is deemed fulfilled. Sigma Peptides bears no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or delay occurring after the carrier confirms delivery.

Address Accuracy. You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Sigma Peptides is not liable for orders misdelivered, delayed, or lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by you.

Shipping Costs. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping charges are not eligible for credit, return, or reimbursement under any circumstances, including approved cancellations, returns, or partial refunds.

10. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the sensitive nature of research-use materials, Sigma Peptides does not accept returns and does not issue refunds except in the narrow circumstances described in the Refunds & Returns Policy.

Refunds or replacements may be considered at Sigma Peptides’ sole discretion only in the event of an incorrect item shipped or an item damaged in transit, and only when reported within forty-eight (48) hours of carrier-marked delivery with supporting photographic documentation.

No refund or return will be approved for reasons including but not limited to: appearance variations consistent with lyophilized materials, buyer’s remorse, opened or handled products, improper storage, address errors, carrier delays, or subjective dissatisfaction.

11. No Coercion

Sigma Peptides’ policies are applied consistently and without exception. The outcome of any policy determination will not be altered by:

• Threats of negative reviews, social media posts, or public commentary

• Threats of chargebacks or payment disputes

• Claims of entitlement to accommodation outside of published policy

• Repeated or escalated contact intended to pressure policy deviation

Any attempt to use coercion, intimidation, or public pressure to obtain a result outside the scope of these Policies will be documented and may be submitted as evidence in the event of a payment dispute.

12. Prohibited Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, intent, or intended use of any product

• Purchase, share, redistribute, or promote products for human consumption, medical use, or any non-research application

• Attempt to bypass age restrictions, identity verification, or fraud screening systems

• Place orders to test payment methods, checkout processes, or fraud detection mechanisms

• Engage in patterns of abusive purchasing, excessive dispute filing, or chargeback manipulation

• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law, including import/export regulations

Sigma Peptides reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately suspend or terminate any account, refuse future service, and pursue all available legal remedies against any individual or entity engaged in prohibited conduct.

13. Dispute Handling

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed against an order placed with Sigma Peptides, the company reserves the right to:

• Submit these Terms and Conditions, along with all applicable Policies, order records, fulfillment data, delivery confirmation, and correspondence as evidence in the dispute proceeding

• Demonstrate that the transaction was authorized, the product was delivered as described, and all applicable policies were accepted at the time of purchase

• Suspend or permanently restrict the disputing party’s account pending resolution

The enforcement of these Policies survives any chargeback filing. A chargeback does not constitute an admission of liability, error, or policy failure by Sigma Peptides.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sigma Peptides, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• The use, misuse, or inability to use any product or this website

• Any reliance on product descriptions, specifications, or other content published on this website

• Improper storage, handling, or application of products after delivery

• Misrepresentation of research purpose or intended use

• Violations of local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations

• Actions or omissions of third-party carriers, payment processors, or service providers

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of this website, or any transaction conducted through Sigma Peptides shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
