🧾 Accepted Payment Methods
Sigma Peptides accepts the following payment methods:
- eDebit Bank Transfer (via Plaid): Direct bank payment for U.S. orders. Funds are debited as an electronic check against your bank account.
- Credit/Debit Card (via WAAVE): Card payment for U.S. and Puerto Rico orders with 3-D Secure verification.
Note: All payments are processed through PCI-compliant, third-party licensed providers. Sigma Peptides does not store full payment card information. 3-D Secure verification may be required for additional fraud protection.
🏦 eDebit Payment Terms
When paying via eDebit bank transfer, the following terms apply:
- All eDebit payments are subject to a three (3) business day hold period from the date of payment to allow the electronic check to clear against your bank account. Order fulfillment will not begin until the hold period has elapsed and the payment has been confirmed as cleared.
- If the payment is returned, declined, or reversed by your bank during the hold period, the order will be automatically cancelled with no further obligation by Sigma Peptides.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available in your account at the time of payment and throughout the hold period. Payments initiated on weekends or bank holidays will not begin clearing until the next business day.
- Sigma Peptides is not liable for delays in order fulfillment resulting from eDebit processing timelines, returned payments, or insufficient funds.
💳 Credit/Debit Card Payment Terms
When paying via credit or debit card through WAAVE, the following terms apply:
- First-time transactions may be declined by your bank or card issuer due to the merchant category or transaction profile. If your payment is declined, you must contact your bank or card issuer directly to authorize the transaction, then attempt payment again. Sigma Peptides is not responsible for bank-initiated declines and cannot intervene with your financial institution on your behalf.
- Certain transactions may require additional identity verification or 3-D Secure authentication as part of fraud prevention protocols.
- By placing an order, you authorize Sigma Peptides and its payment processors to debit your selected payment method for the full order total, including product cost, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.
💲 Payment Processing Costs
Payment processing fees, gateway fees, and related transaction costs are incurred by Sigma Peptides at the time of payment and are non-recoverable. In the event of a refund, cancellation, or chargeback, these fees are not returned to Sigma Peptides by its payment processors.
You acknowledge that Sigma Peptides is not liable for these costs resulting from your actions, including but not limited to cancellations, returned eDebit payments, chargebacks, or payment disputes. Such fees may be deducted from any refund amount issued at Sigma Peptides’ sole discretion.
⏳ Order Processing Time
- Orders paid by credit/debit card are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders paid by eDebit are processed within 1–3 business days after the three (3) business day hold period has elapsed and payment has been confirmed as cleared.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Orders requiring manual review or identity verification may experience additional processing time. You will be notified if this applies to your order.

Important: We do not process or charge card transactions for international shipping. Our operations currently serve the United States and Puerto Rico only.
📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery
- Carrier: USPS (domestic USA & Puerto Rico)
- Delivery Estimates:
- United States (mainland): 2–5 business days
- Puerto Rico: 5–7 business days
- Shipping Cost: Free on orders over $300. Otherwise a flat rate of $15.
- Tracking & Signature: Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. Signature confirmation may be required on higher-value packages.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sigma Peptides is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond its control. Delays in transit do not qualify for refunds, credits, or order cancellation.
⚠️ Shipping Terms
- Carrier Delivery Confirmation. Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier’s tracking system, the order is deemed fulfilled. Sigma Peptides bears no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or delay occurring after the carrier confirms delivery.
- Address Accuracy. You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Sigma Peptides is not liable for orders misdelivered, delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by you.
- Shipping Costs. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping charges are not eligible for credit, return, or reimbursement under any circumstances, including approved cancellations, returns, or partial refunds.
Compliance Notice: We respect all federal, state, and city regulations. Shipping restrictions are automatically updated by WAAVE Compliance and displayed in the website footer.
🔁 Returned, Refused & Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned to Sigma Peptides due to address errors, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, or any other reason attributable to the customer are not eligible for a refund.
At Sigma Peptides’ sole discretion, the following may be offered:
- Reshipment at the customer’s expense, including a new shipping fee. Reshipment is not guaranteed and is subject to product availability and inspection.
- Partial credit minus the original shipping cost and a restocking fee of up to thirty percent (30%) of the product subtotal. Issuance of any credit is not guaranteed and remains at Sigma Peptides’ sole discretion.
Refunds for returned, refused, or undeliverable packages are not guaranteed and may be denied entirely.
🎁 Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging. There are no logos or references to product type, peptides, or research materials on the exterior.
🧪 Product Use Policy
All items sold by Sigma Peptides are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research only and are not intended for human or animal use, consumption, or diagnostic purposes.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree:
- You are twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
- You are purchasing exclusively for qualified, lawful research use.
- You will not misuse, redistribute, or promote the misuse of any product.
- You accept sole responsibility for the handling, storage, and application of all products after delivery.
❌ Order Cancellations
Due to the immediate initiation of order processing upon payment, cancellations are not available as a standard accommodation. No order is eligible for free cancellation.
If you request cancellation before an order has shipped, Sigma Peptides may, at its sole discretion, approve the request subject to a Cancellation & Processing Fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the order total or twenty-five dollars ($25.00), whichever is greater, to offset irrecoverable payment processing, fraud screening, and administrative costs.

📮 Shipping to Puerto Rico
Sigma Peptides ships to Puerto Rico via USPS Priority or Express Shipping with full tracking. Delivery times are typically 5–7 business days. Delays may occur due to weather or logistics and do not qualify for refunds or credits.
