All Sales Are Final

Sigma Peptides does not accept returns and does not issue refunds. All products sold through this website are sensitive research-use materials that cannot be restocked, resold, or verified for integrity once they have left our facility. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your purchase is final and non-refundable.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of research-grade materials and to ensure the safety and reliability of all products in our supply chain. It is not subject to exception based on subjective dissatisfaction, change of mind, or preference.

Refunds/Replacement Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered at Sigma Peptides’ sole discretion only under the following two circumstances:

• Incorrect item shipped — You received a product that does not match your order confirmation

• Item damaged in transit — The product arrived with visible physical damage directly attributable to carrier handling

To be considered for either exception, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The issue must be reported in writing to support@test.sigmapeptides.com within forty-eight (48) hours of the carrier-marked delivery date

• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label must be provided at the time of the report

• No product may be returned without prior written approval from Sigma Peptides and issuance of a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

• Unauthorized returns will be refused and discarded. Sigma Peptides assumes no liability for products returned without an approved RMA

Meeting these conditions does not guarantee approval. All determinations are made at Sigma Peptides’ sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Scenarios (No Exceptions)

The following scenarios are explicitly excluded from any refund, return, replacement, or credit. This list is non-exhaustive:

• Appearance variations consistent with lyophilized materials — including but not limited to differences in powder distribution, settling, wall adhesion, cake structure, volume, and coloration. These are inherent characteristics of lyophilized compounds and do not constitute defects or damage

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind — including dissatisfaction with purchase timing, quantity, or product selection

• Payment testing or trial purchases — orders placed to test payment methods, checkout systems, or fraud screening processes

• Opened, used, or handled products — any product that has been unsealed, accessed, or physically manipulated after delivery

• Improper storage or handling — products stored outside of recommended conditions or otherwise compromised after delivery

• Address errors or refusal of delivery — orders misdelivered, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information or customer refusal

• Carrier delays or weather-related disruptions — transit time delays, weather events, carrier service disruptions, or any circumstances beyond the control of Sigma Peptides

• Subjective quality or efficacy concerns — claims regarding perceived potency, expected results, or subjective product performance

Any communication referencing personal consumption, human use, or animal use will immediately and permanently void all eligibility for return, refund, or replacement and may result in account termination.

Restocking & Cancellation Fees

In the rare event that a return is approved under the narrow exceptions above, the following fee structure applies:

• Restocking fee: Up to thirty percent (30%) of the product subtotal will be deducted from any refund or credit issued

• Shipping non-refundable: Original shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances

• Return shipping: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sigma Peptides does not provide prepaid return labels

• Refund after inspection only: No refund or credit will be issued until the returned product has been received and inspected by Sigma Peptides. Products that arrive damaged, opened, contaminated, or otherwise compromised during return transit may be denied at Sigma Peptides’ sole discretion

For pre-shipment cancellations approved at Sigma Peptides’ sole discretion, a Cancellation & Processing Fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the order total or twenty-five dollars ($25.00), whichever is greater, will apply. Refer to the Terms & Conditions for complete cancellation terms.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed within five to ten (5–10) business days after inspection of the returned product is complete

• Funds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Sigma Peptides is not responsible for processing times imposed by your bank or payment provider

• If the original payment method is no longer available, Sigma Peptides may, at its sole discretion, offer store credit as an alternative. No cash, check, or third-party payment alternatives will be provided

How to Submit a Claim

If you believe your order qualifies under the narrow exceptions above, submit your claim as follows:

1. Email support@test.sigmapeptides.com within forty-eight (48) hours of carrier-marked delivery with:

   • Your order number

   • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label

   • A written description of the issue (incorrect item or transit damage only)

2. Await review and determination from Sigma Peptides. Do not return any product without prior written approval

3. If approved, an RMA number and return instructions will be provided. Ship the product back at your own expense using a trackable shipping method

4. Await product inspection and refund processing confirmation from Sigma Peptides

Final Authority

All refund, return, and replacement determinations are made by Sigma Peptides at its sole discretion. Sigma Peptides’ determination is final and binding.

Once a claim has been reviewed and a determination has been issued, Sigma Peptides has no further obligation to the customer with respect to that order. No appeal, escalation, or secondary review process is available.

The enforcement of this policy is not altered by threats of negative reviews, social media posts, chargebacks, or payment disputes. Any such conduct will be documented and may be submitted as evidence in dispute proceedings. Refer to the Terms & Conditions for the complete No Coercion clause.

Research Materials Notice

All products sold by Sigma Peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical testing purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary use.

Any misuse, misrepresentation of intended use, or communication referencing personal consumption will result in immediate cancellation of all return and refund rights, permanent account termination, and refusal of future orders.
